2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

If your cancellation request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days of receiving the returned product, using the original mode of payment. No additional charges will be applied for processing the refund.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase/invoice must be provided.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
